How can I be sure Connections can handle my transport requirements?

As part of one of the largest successful travel companies in the UK we have more than 35 years experience of transporting passengers by coach. 

Where do you pick up from, is it just UK?

We will pick up anywhere throughout the UK, Europe, or worldwide.

I’m not sure where to start making arrangements. Can you help?

Our reservations staff can assist with itineraries, hotel bookings, ferry crossings etc., and will be more than happy to offer help and advice, telephone 0870 766 9145.

What if I need to contact you outside office hours?

We provide 24-hour contact with our duty manager and support team, the contact number for this will provided on your confirmation of booking.

How can I pay?

We offer payment facilities via cash, cheque or various credit cards including Maestro, Visa and Amex.

Does it matter that I only want a coach for a small hire?

No, we can provide a coach for any occasion, anything from a coach for taking school children down to the swimming baths to collecting a large group of people for a visit to the theatre in the West End. 

Will my coach be a Connections coach?

The vehicle supplied will be from one of our hundreds of suppliers of coaches across the world. All our suppliers are hand picked and sign up to our Quality Charter.

Are there refreshments and toilet facilities on board all the coaches?

The 48-seater and 71-seater double-decker coaches offer both toilet and drinks vending facilities.

Are all the coaches fitted with seat belts?

All our coaches are maintained to meet industry safety standards, and they are all fitted with seat belts.
